Patient has a negative antibody detection assay and should receive RhIG.B. If the patient is Caucasian, she should be given RhIG. If she is not, she probably does not need RhIG.C. The patient has been sensitized to the D antigen, do not give RhIG.D. Both quantitative and qualitative defects can result in a serologic weak D phenotype.
