A young patient is being considered as an allogeneic donor for a sibling who has diffuse-large B cell lymphoma. The patient undergoes peripheral vein assessment by our nursing team, and the patient's peripheral veins are not adequate for our procedure. The patient will undergo a central venous catheter placement.
